சிறீலங்காவின் கொலைப்பொறி வலயம் இடம் மாறியது.

வன்னியில் சிறீலங்கா இராணுவம் தன்னிச்சைக்கு அறிவித்த பாதுகாப்பு வலயத்தை.. தானே தாக்கி கைப்பற்றி விட்டுள்ளதாக அறிவித்துள்ள நிலையில் அந்த வலயம்.. மீண்டும் வன்னியின் கிழக்கு கடற்கரை நோக்கி நகர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று அறிவித்திருக்கிறது.


பாதுகாப்பு வலயம் என்பதன் உள்நோக்கம்.


1. மக்களை அவ்வலயங்களுக்குள் இழுத்து எறிகணைகளை, கொத்தணிக் குண்டுகளை செறிவாக வீசிக் கொள்வது.

2. மக்களை மனிதக் கேடயங்களாக பாவித்துக் கொண்டு சவால் மிக்க களங்களை, பாதுகாப்பு வலயம் என்ற பெயரின் கீழ் விடுதலைப்புலிகளை அங்கிருந்து சர்வதேச அழுத்தங்கள் மூலம் வெளியேறக் கேட்டு அவற்றைக் கைப்பற்றுவது.

இவ்வாறான கோழைத்தனமான சிறீலங்கா சிங்கள இனவாத இராணுவத்தின் பாதுகாப்பு வலயம் (so called safety Zone).. இப்போ அதன் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு வசதியாக கடற்கரைக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது. கடற்படையைக் கொண்டு மக்கள் பகுதி மீது ஒரு தரையிறக்கத்தை மேற்கொள்ளும் நோக்கோடும்.. கடற்புலிகளின் செயற்பாட்டை கட்டுப்படுத்தவும்.. இந்த நகர்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.
